We are delighted when our team meets with a client one on one for the first time. We get to know what the customer wants the overall look and feel of their building to be and its exact purpose and function.  It is extremely important that communication is clear and understood during this time as it is the means to ensure the overall success of the project. The budget is discussed, and a rough estimate of costs are made. 

 

Once the budget is decided the next phase is design. We will guide you through this by conceptualizing your project, then if needed, referring you to one of our design professionals.  Should you have a design plan already and want to hire our company our licensed general contractor will begin the permitting process once the paperwork is finalized.

Construction starts when the governmental municipalities approve the plans.  We provide our clients with timeline and schedule.  WCM has established relationships with the top subcontractors and vendors in our area. Your job is in good hands. The budget is a priority and looked at daily.  Any changes by the client to the plan at this time can affect the cost of the job and timeline for completion.
