First of all we want to apologize for taking until now to write this letter so long after our project was completed, but as you know sometimes life gets in the way.

Our purpose for this letter is to let you know how totally pleased we are with our renovation. Being that this home is our second home we were originally concerned entrusting someone to make sure things were going to get done and done right with only our supervision on the weekends when we would come over. But, from the moment we met you, we both felt at ease with you being in charge. We appreciate your thoroughness, attention to details and can do attitude. There was never a time when we questioned our decision and even though you had several projects going at once, most being way larger than ours, you have that way about you that made us feel like we were the most important ones.

We also must commend you for the group of subs that work with you. In these times where all phases of construction are so busy, you managed to line up your subs in a way that there was never an interruption in getting things done. They were all very attentive and respectful of our belongings when we were not around. This is not our first renovation project so we know it takes talent to line things up so well. Also the fact that most of them have worked with you for years, is proof that are a fair and honest person.

Finally, we must say, the thing that impressed us the most, is that you are a man of honor. We never thought that in 2021, there would be a situation involving a construction project that would be started with just a handshake and no money would exchange hands until it was completed. So many times in the past we had run into people that are basically “taking from Peter to pay Paul” which only points to the fact that as a business, the depth of money isn’t there and the person is not a good money manager. That was not the case with you, in fact it got to the point where we almost had to force you to take money half way through.

In closing, we just want to reiterate how pleased we are with how it all turned out. In spite of the few changes we had here and there, you stuck to the price we had set in your original proposal. You are a true man of your word, which is rare in today’s world. We know that you have many clients that feel the same as we do but please know that we are here for you if you ever need a referral for any prospective clients.

We are so glad we were referred to WCM. Our roof was badly damaged after Hurricane Irma. The initial estimate was very reasonable - the best one we received! We contacted several roofing companies, some wanted us to wait months to get our roof put on. We really appreciated Matt's professionalism and willingness to work with us on scheduling. They were able to move us ahead on their schedule, so we could finally get a roof! And we didn't have to wait for more than a few weeks. Warren Construction Management remodeled my kitchen and I am extremely pleased. This project was completed exactly on time and the quality of the workmanship is superior. Todd Warren is a wonderful, Christian man who exemplifies this in his work and interactions with people. He was very easy to work with and made himself available whenever I had a question. In fact either he or his father was onsite EVERYDAY of the project to oversee and make sure everything was going as planned. The cost of the remodel was very reasonable and Todd made sure that I got quality products for the money I had allotted to spend. I just wish I had another project for him! WCM is very prompt responding to needs and they perform an excellent job. I'm not looking forward to a new roof but when we need one WCM will be our only call.Thank all the members of your team from the office staff to the construction crews.The first part of this review is concerning a leak in the garage. Richard Allen came out the next day after we called and checked out the roof. He gave us a very reasonable quote for the repair and scheduled us for two days later. The job was done with great care to the rest of the roof and house. Now the roof doesn't leak any more.I didn't get a chance to rate that job before Milton came through. The day after Milton came through we called WCM to request a roof check for damage. We knew there were shingles missing. Richare Allen was at the house that afternoon to assess the damage and gave us a good quote for the rapairs.We were expecting them on Monday but they are here on Saturday fixing our issues.

I took Warren's advice and waited until after the hurricane season to repair a section of my roof that needed repair. WCM Construction & Roofing did an office addition for me and you can't tell it's an addition or whether it was built with the original home, their work is that good! I shopped around and the owner Todd took me to another home he renovated and showed me the before pics and what I saw was amazing! The quality of work WCM does is second to none including their roofing work! Using the best quality materials with the most experienced qualified workers, their work is done right and to top it off they stand behind the work they do! While many promised me the world, they can't deliver like WCM did and he told me he won't take the job if he isn't allowed to do it right...simple as that!
