Compensation:  Hourly Based on Experience

Employment Type:  Full Time

​

• Responsible for repairing new client and warrantied roofing leaks

• Communicates with customers and other staff regarding job status and needs

• Conduct general inspections/scope of work for potential repairs/replacements

• Diagnoses and documents the cause of the leak

• Provide a complete scope of work to be performed for additional repairs needed

• Make all necessary repairs to fix leaks and document repairs completed

• Make emergency repairs when needed *Ensures all repairs are completed correctly in a timely manner and client is satisfied

• Will be expected to work with roofing crew when service work not available MUST HAVE:

• Minimum of 5 years of roofing experience in each of the following roofing systems: shingles, metal, TPO, modified bitumen

• Valid Driver’s License

• Reliable transportation to office- a service truck will be provided for work hours

• Ability to carry ladders, tools and supplies
